As Head of Government Solutions at Antares Vision Group, I lead strategy, market development, commercial structuring, product alignment, delivery governance and customer outcomes for regulators and public-sector healthcare ecosystems.
My work combines government engagement, business development, strategic partnerships and implementation of national digital platforms. I work with government leaders, regulators, industry stakeholders and cross-functional teams to move complex programs from initial concept and business case through contracting, implementation, stakeholder onboarding, go-live and operational handover.
Before leading Government Solutions, I held global leadership roles in professional services, partner integration and program delivery for regulated supply-chain technology. This background enables me to combine commercial judgment, technical fluency and operating discipline, particularly where trust, compliance and public impact are critical.
